1. Open the Google Play store and search for Downloader
2. Install and launch Downloader
3. Accept any permissions that the app requests. If you deny them, the app will not work.
4. On the Home tab, it will ask for a URL. Enter the APK link we gave in our email: Your IPTV Service Info and App
**_NOTE: You may get a security prompt that will send you to settings. Simply enable the slider next to Downloader to give it the necessary security permissions to install apps on your shield. Once enabled, go back to Downloader and start again at Step #4 to proceed._**
5. Launch the app
6. Enter your Username and Password and Login
You should be good to go when channels start to download

IF THE ABOVE METHOD DOES NOT WORK:
Go to the Play Store and install / download the IPTV SMARTERS app
Launch the IPTV SMARTERS app then select
"Add new user"
Select "Login with Xtream Codes API" if prompted, and enter the following:
1st Line: This can be anything you want it to be
2nd Line: Enter the Username
3rd Line: Enter the Password
4th Line: Enter the following Portal URL: http://user.scalecdn.co:8080
